NanoThings’ return policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have elapsed since purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your product should be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be considered; Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified that we have received your product and whether your refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. For cryptocurrency refunds you will be asked to provide a wallet address for the currency used to make the purchase. NanoThings will refund the original amount of cryptocurrency used to make the purchase OR the dollar value at the time of purchase – whichever is lower. NanoThings will not be held responsible for market volatility.
Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, however if you still have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
To return your product, you will be asked to mail it to a nominated address, depending on worldwide location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund has been approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a tracked shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
